Off the Shelf: Drawing #2

So I finally finished two books for my Off the Shelf challenge. Although technically I have not. I have recently begun to schedule like a crazy person. I am going to make it work this time. Usually when I start to schedule I get really confused and I forget to link up when I memes. But that is not going to happy this time. Oh no. I am going to do it right. My widdle baby blog is going to get more attention from me. Squirrel! Oh wait, I was supposed to be announcing my next books for off the shelf. I need to pay attention.

So the random numbers this time are:

17 and 20.

Those are very close together.

And the books are *drum roll* Everything on a Waffle by Polly Horvath and I am the Wallpaper by Mark Peter Hughes.

There are winners everywhere .... The sidewalks. The backyards. The alleyways. The playgrounds ...

Except for Zinkoff. Zinkoff never wins.

But Zinkoff doesn't notice. Neither do the other pups.

Not yet.

Zinkoff is like all kids — running, playing, riding his bike. Hoping for snow days, wanting to be his dad when he grows up.

Zinkoff is not like the other kids — raising his hand with all the wrong answers, tripping over his own feet, falling down with laughter over a word like "Jabip." The kids have their own word to describe him, but Zinkoff is too busy to hear it.

Start My Reading Challenge

The books on my shelf that I have not yet read are there for a reason. I keep putting them off because there is no time limit for me to read them in (unlike the library or books for review.) So I put them off and put them off and sooner or later I forget I had them in the first place. That is not going to happen this year. This year I have a blog that I am trying to post on every day. With the help of scheduling and time off of school. I am going to use a random number generator and I am going to pick two number and I am going to read those two books. There will be no time limit for me but once I finish those books then I will pick two more until I finish the books that are on my shelves. Right now I think I have 82 books on my shelf. I don't to say I do since I only counted once and very fast. Today I have picked numbers:

39 and 52.

Those numbers mean that I will read A Child Called It by Dave Pelzer and Loser by Jerry Spinelli.
